Follow 27 East and turn right onto Peconic Rd just past the Gas Station. Follow for 2 miles to the end of the road and turn left onto Old Montauk Highway. Travel one mile and turn left onto McGregor. Make your first right onto Blackwatch. Travel up the hill and turn right into the front large Courtyard #38.  Note: # 30 is our driveway to the Garage.
